I have been trying to enable http://somesite/~user style user-websites on Apachebut in
vain. I have done this before, but with RH 6.1.
Now I am using RH 6.2 and the standard apache build. I have followed the steps
outlined in apache manual, but it still does not work. I always get a "403 forbidden"
error.
Does this have something to do with directory permissions?
