well... we as a lug normally have just about 35-40 attendants on a good
meet. these huys include people from out of town and all around delhi.
if u localise a group so small, the numbers decrease even more.
a more plausible solution wud be to have unofficial meets if u want. and
depending on how many people from a certain area, it cud be in that
part of delhi. but that is to be organised by urselves... no funding
directly or indirectly from ilugd.
