He can lodge a litigation at the Hague for all I care coz nothing will ever
come of it.
If Linux was born out of Minix and is a Unix flavour.... why don't all the
protected companies sue the Linux developers / users and above all Torvalds
in particular. The answer is a straight forward - " Just not practically
possible "
