I'm using dctrl on a win95 X server and the afterstep WM. As I've reported
earlier, there are some problems with this setup. Now I've rediscovered
another issue and I've no idea if this is (as the subject line indicates) a
dctrl, wish, or afterstep issue. The problem appears when I start dctrl with
a -geometry option. I set up the dctrl window like I wanted, used xwininfo
to get a -geometry string and now I start dctrl with that. All is well at
first, but at apparently random times, dctrl decides to reposition itself
and place the upper left corner of the contents of the window in the
location where the upper left corner of the *titlebar* used to be. That
means that the window is shifted upwards and since I put the dctrl window at
the top of the screen, the title bar is now off-screen. If I then use a
shortcut key to move the window, then moving it one pixel snaps it back to
the correct location (plus the one pixel). Very weird. Has this happened to
anyone else?
