There is a solution, it is documented in
/usr/src/linux/Documentation/networking/ip_dynaddr.txt, and the
solution is
  echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_dynaddr
or
  echo 5 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_dynaddr

now and in a startup file like /etc/rc.d/rc.local
