Did you upgrade to kernel 2.2.x???
If so comment out the following:
#keepup tcp 60 !tcp.live
#ignore tcp !tcp.live

Seems kernel 2.2.x likes to add an extra fin to the end of packets and
confuses things.  Though I could be very wrong about this.  It works in my
case.
