Set it up exactly as you would the "standard" connection except,
You don't give values for password and ID in the chat script,

You add the pppd-option for name in the diald.conf file (it should link to
your pap-secrets entry)

In diald.conf,
   pppd-options name <username> :

In pap-secrets,
   username  device/server-name  password  ip-address

note: ip-address is usually not used, and can either be left blank or '*'
used instead.
