diald 0.98.2 and nice value

Why does diald now starts with a -5 nice value?

[root@i3 go]# ps axl|grep diald
[root@i3 go]# diald
[root@i3 go]# ps axl|grep diald
   140     0 20836     1  19  -5    912   440  12d171     S < ?   0:00 diald

0.16.5 didn't do it.
