I have one client using a 3Com external ISDN "modem," and I used a
very simple script,like
ABORT BUSY ABORT 'NO CARRIER' ABORT 'NO DIAL'
'' ATZ
OK ATD3032851000
CONNECT '\d\d\d'
The "\d" repeated are 1-second delays, because my pppd was ready
before the other side was. In this case, the other side used pap
authentication. If your ISP supports it, you can do a normal
usernamd and password dialog.
