I would like to know how to stop ICQ from bringing the link up to my ISP.
Could somebody please tell me what I would have to do. I would still like
ICQ traffic to be allowed through the gateway (runs Slakware linux, kernel 2.0.33)
but I don't want diald to dial from ICQ packets.
I imagine it would have something to do with UDP port 4000 ???
