It's most likely in standard.filter :) but in older diald distributions the
contents of the filter file and the defs file were all included in the diald
options file. (Well they still are logically but that's by use of the
include statement.)
So yes you can have them all in the same mammoth file or break it up into
pieces to fit your work habits.
