I'd agree. If you're connecting to an MS Mail Post Office, you're not
connecting via TCP/IP - it uses one of those "other" protocols, like
NetBEUI or IPX (I forget which.)
Anyway, unless you're configured to pass the "other" protocol, it's not
going to work.
