I don't use squid (at least for now). I set my browser to use the proxy of my ISP so
that
my PC sends out packets directed to port 8080.

The rule with tcp.dest is already present:
keepup tcp 180 tcp.ack,tcp.source=tcp.www
keepup tcp 180 tcp.ack,tcp.dest=tcp.www
accept tcp 180 tcp.source=tcp.www
accept tcp 180 tcp.dest=tcp.www

I see that with the proxy enabled I "miss" those rules and I get the residual timeout
which I set to 30sec, we pay a lot for phone calls :)).

Thanks.
