To compile on redhat system you need at least patch level 5.  The compiled
binary used to be on ftp.redhat.com, but the entire contrib directory
seems to have vanished from the redhat ftp site.  So it seems it is no
longer possible to download diald from redhat.  Anyone know an
alternative?
