Read /usr/src/linux/Documentation/networking/ip_dynaddr.txt
and then activate RST-provoking with
echo 7 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_dynaddr
This only works for 2.0.34 or later, not 2.1 or 2.2 (which
I have a patch for, thanks to Michael Mueller).
