connetion script don't run

[RAKOTOMALALA Aina Mirija]

I've re-install diald on my system and now connection don't
automatically start
when  I ping or telnet Internet.
But a first time It was automatic.
I dont know anything about rules in diald.conf or diald.defs and I never
touch these files.
What's this?
