Hi, thanx to you all, I've diald-0.16.5a-1 working on my firewall running linux rh 5.2. According to /usr/lib/diald/standard.filter, diald holds the link up for a certain amount of seconds, even after the data transfer ends (so any of the users have about 1 minute to write and reply a message, or admire jpegs in Pamela Anderson home page:)). Now - I apologize if the question is silly - is there a way to make diald close the connection at the time the Win95/98 client choose to work off-line or shuts down the browser (Netscape 4.5) ?
