First, make sure you have a link in /usr/include called linux to
/usr/src/linux/include/linux, or wherever the include directory for
your kernel is. If you do, and you can do an 'ls' on
/usr/include/linux and see the files, see if netlink.h is there. If
it's not, I don't know what to tell you, but I would check the link to
the kernel include directory first.
