  Yes. Just change your /etc/diald.conf to accept netbios-packets.

  I think you'll have to start two diald's, and then configure
  their /etc/diald./conf files to trigger on different packets. 
  I was considering trying this recently, but I'm now switching
  to ISDN, and don't expect to have a use for diald.
