The only source I know for diald rpms (contrib.redhat.com and its mirrors) only
has rpms for diald-0.16 :o(
Still, building from diald-0.99 sources is particularly easy. If you want to
solve most of the problems people are having you should put a postinstall script
into the rpm which checks there if there is a 2.2 kernel with a working tap0
device and if so, ensures that the tap0 lines are added to the conf.modules
file, and finally runs depmod.
