I think this is known problem. Just move "size_t to_len;" line before
"#ifdef HAVE_AF_PACKET" line will work. I also think people with 2.2.x
kernel won't have this problem.
My Linux box is 486DX2-80 with Slackware 3.6 (2.0.36). After many hack
into diald-0.99, the system work fine.
