my system with:
server linux RH6.0
my ip 192.168.1.1
diald-0.99
imap
sendmail
My ip-forwarding is setted in this way:
ipchains -F
ipchains -A forward -s 192.168.1.2/24 -i ppp0 -j MASQ
When I use "ipchains -L" i get the list of rules.
After start the "diald" the "ipchains -L" command block itself
the diaild start a connection
and I get the following message in /var/log/messages:
Jul 16 13:42:35 linux1 diald[703]: Trigger: udp
192.168.0.1/1025 194.184.189.10/53
N.B.
194.184.189.20 is my nameserver
The same is when a open a pop session from a client to the linux server
(without diald all is correct).
How can I do ?
