Hi all,
I have worked with diald-0.16 a while back.. and with the new developments
in diald 2.0/2.2 kernel left we a little dazed and lost. Therefore its like
starting over again. What used to work with diald and ipfwadm becomes
obsolete.
So I have tried to install the diald-0.99.1 and kernel 2.2.10 and kernel
2.0.34 and at first I get the proxy_tap errors. Then after compiling it
without proxy_tap (is this ok?) I installed diald and it seems to diald when
I reboot and after it disconnects it will not bring up the link again and
says there is xmit call made after link down.
Anything I have done wrong or do I have to compile proxy_tap or ether_tap
thingy?
How do I do it? I have checked the FAQ and no go from there.
