Well, to have diald launch at boot all you have to do is to add
/<diald_path>/diald & to /etc/rc.d/rc.local
Although diald is a daemon program for some reason it has a tendency not to
go to the daemon mode when you launch it from /etc/rc.d/whatever so you
better have & at the end. As of the ISDN stuff, I can not help you with
that. I have that ahead of me :-)
