compilation problem

I was using diald 0.16 until June99, now I'm trying to compile(several
times) diald-0.99 and at end of the process I get a error msg:
-lnsl not a file or directory... or somthing.
Look Makefile I noticed the line LIBS -lwrap -lnsl that seems to be a
piece of the problem (-lnsl).
Where can I  make mistake....???
Could anyone help??
