In addition to setting /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_dyn_addr to some reasonable
value, you MUST also masquerade outgoing packets since the rewriting
occurs during the masquerading.

You might also consider repeating the nameserver entries in /etc/resolv.conf 
as has been suggested many times.
