Hi Ismal,
It seems your kernel has ethertap support. I had the same problem with my
SuSE 6.1 distribution. I had two choices to fix it. 

CHOICE 1: disabling ethertap by editing conf.modules:
        allias tap1 off
        allias tap2 off
        ...
        allias tap15 off

CHOICE 2: setting -daemon in my diald.conf

I don't know if there are other/better solutions out there. I'm currently using 
the second approach.
