Use the server column of pap-secrets to distinguish between them.  I see you
have ppp0 in that column for all three isps.  Is this how you really have it
in your file?  Do all three ISPs have servers named ppp0?  Or am I
misunderstanding the purpose of the server entry.  I should look it up, 
but I'm hoping you will instead.
