You can add these options in in /etc/named.conf :

        options {
                forward only;
                forwarders {
                        xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx;
                        yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy;
                };
                //
                // other options can stay here
        };

`xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' and `yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy' are the nameservers at your ISP.
Your nameserver will then wait for queries, pass them to your ISP, and
cache the replies. It won't contact other nameservers on its own.
