A login/passwd in chat script is not needed, ig your ISP uses
"immediate PPP" . The chat script is only used for AT commanns
and establishing the connection. (Last item in chatscript is "CONNECT" )
PAP og CHAP is used for authentication. (ie. /etc/ppp/pap-secrets )
