Army Reseach Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
I don't think this is one of the DNS Root Sites ?????
I am not near a Linux System so I can't take a look at the DNS
Configuration for the Root Sites. Are you using NTP based Time
Synchronization ?
