More Info for NETBIOS Name Resolution via DNS... You can disable NT's usage of DNS for NETBIOS Name Resolution via a selection in the NT Network Control Panel. Goto TCP/IP Properties, WINs. NETBIOS Name Resolution is one of the options. Sorry, but there is no such mechanism in Win9x. Still looking for Registry Setting that controls this option.
