Hola,
this work put & on the end of the line connect, and in the disconnect put
a script that kill wvdial ( killall wvdial )
then in the diald.conf put this line
connect '/etc/diald/ppp-up-wvdial &'
disconnect '/etc/diald/ppp-down-wvdial'
---
where /etc/diald/ppp-down-wvdial
#!/bin/sh
killall wvdial
