Where is Diald?

Where can I find the current version of Diald?

I checked the web page, and it leads to a new developer, and a new web 
page.
I went there and found a download link, but it leads to a message that says 
this mirror no longer supports the downloading of this file because of the 
network load.

Please, could someone point me to the current version, either ftp, or http?
