diald-0.98.2 (the latest version that works well on linux kernel-2.0.x) and dialmon-0.8 + win9x dialmon clients. In the past I used a 56k modem, to make the dialmon bandwith bars be more realistic I started dialmon with -b50000. Now I usa an ISDN-TA, I monitored a connection where I downloaded by ftp at 7k/s, dialmon was started with -b62000, but the bandwith bars were stuck at 1/4 of the max height. I have to start dialmon with -b30000 to make the bar more realistic. What could cause this behavior?
