What I usually say is.....
If it ain't broke - don't try to fix it.
Unless their is an extra feature or something that you want to use -
or a problem bug/security problem that is fixed that you may not know
about, why upgrade.
This has saved me from some Major Problems
(Especially dealing with M$ releases)
