Modem OnBoard

I Tried to configure RedHat6.1/Diald with a OnBoard Modem, but it seems there is no response from the modem (I Tried /dev/ttyS0, /dev/ttyS1, /dev/ttyS2, /dev/ttyS3, /dev/modem). Any Ideas Thanks all.
