I have spoken to soon I can log in but maybe one out of ten times I could not get the chap or pap to work and wrote or configured diald script myself but as I say am not getting good results .
when I put the name and I assume the user name in pppd options username "noauth" (this is of course in diald.conf)
I get failed to find passwd in logs
I have tried pppd options "username" "noauth"
pppd options name: username
pppd options name:'username'
when this failed I simply edited the diald script file and it logs in but not consistent
ifup ppp0 works everytime
what am I missing?
please reply direct your help would be appreciated.
Can you show the log file here and the actual erro message?
It will be easier to debug.
