At a guess. I think you'll find 128.63.2.53 is a root named server. Which
should be called by named BUT why from port 1024 ?

diald is the first to start already. Teh ip is a root named server (I
checked). So it does appear to be named BUT I thought that was catered for
in the rules to block udp packets from port 53 to port 53.
