I hope that it will be in the LDP (http://www.linuxdoc.org) in a few days.
I have just send it. Until then, you can find it in
http://www.ctv.es/USERS/andressh/linux/Diald-Howto.html or .sgml

Subject: Lack of docs.

I just finished downloading & burnt the RedHat 6.2 doc CD.

To my dismay, the mini-howto for diald is for diald 0.11.

Pretty bad huh?

Any of you guys want to put in a little time for something a little better?

I was thinking a doc we start, all keep a copy of, add to, enhance etc.

And finally (I don't care how long it takes) - submit it to the LDP.

Start with the basics-

- Getting diald
- Extracting diald
- Compiling
- Installing
- Writing the first diald.conf file

etc, etc, etc. For the complete newbie, basically. Then if we get the newer
users asking start-up questions, we e-mail them the step-by-step doc, they
follow it, then if they have problems, they ask the list again. We then
answer, and someone types it into the doc and re-submits to the rest.

I vaguely remember a doc already written (was it you Lourdes?). We can start
with that if necessary.

Waste of time? No?
