I am somewhat new to diald and find the documentation regarding the use
of the 'restrict' filter confusing.

I presume:
    1. It belongs in the /etc/diald.conf file
    2. The /usr/lib/diald/standard.filter [or other filter set] must be
called again after a restriction if placed and it will apply to the
filter rules read after it.
    3. The following will keep my ppp connection live from 0630 - 1800
on M through F

             restruct 06:30:00 18:00:00 * *
             up
            incluce /usr/lib/diald/standard.filter

Am I all wet or does there exist a better explanation of the process and
proper use of 'restruct'?

TIA
