Does anyone know what these are ?
icmp 212.41.35.11/257 212.56.32.6/257 00:00:20 0 0
icmp 212.41.35.11/257 204.71.200.74/257 00:00:17 0 0
icmp 212.41.35.11/257 212.56.32.2/257 00:00:10 0 0
They are all going to a name server. I use pdns as a caching name
server locally.
I've tried adding
strangeone 257/udp # no clue
to /etc/services, and then doing
#ignore the weird one
ignore udp udp.source=udp.strangeone
ignore udp udp.dest=udp.strangeone
but they still get 20 seconds of time added on (accept any 20 any I
guess; That is at the end of my rules). Note that if one brings up the
link, they seem to get 120 seconds to start with.. then newer ones get
20.
