Trouble with a ISDN 'modem' is that you can't do multiple calls at the same
time.
(With the exception of multilink of course)

We use the Teles PCI. The only hastle we had was that Teles revised the
hardware
without telling anyone. V3 and above hardware should be configured as a
NetJet
using the Hisax driver.

Hi there :))

I am using EICON Diva ISA 2.02, PCI works as well but is a bit more
expensive. You can find all the supported cards in:
/usr/src/kernel-source-2.2.14/Documentation/isdn/README.HiSax
Than you need isapnptools (for the isa card) and isdntools.... the rest is
hmmmm.... i got pissed off few times but managed... works great :))))

Easiest solution (not the cheapest) is to get an ISDN "modem" and connect
it to serial port. The system will treat it as a standard modem. Works well
with diald.

Subject: Question about ISDN

At my firm we are interested in getting ISDN line.
Configuration will be Linux with diald serving 3-5 PS with WIN9x and NT.

My question is:
What ISND card(s) do you recommend getting in this configuration.
With witch card(s) you have little or no trouble.

Thanks in advance
