192.168.0.4 is my LAN ip address (eth0)

192.168.1.5 is my fake address of tap0. This number will change when I
connect my ISP. I use dynamic ip. The diald-howto told me to use
something like this.
 I shall attach my configs (11kb) maybe there will be someone kind
enough to debug it.

I also use:
kernel-2.2.15
ppp-2.3.11-1 
diald-0.99.4
