Sorry, I stumbled across this in my docs folder and realized I've been sitting on it for way too long. The reason I haven't applied it is that Dave Miller likes to handle networking-related stuff (including docs) himself. So I'd recommend resubmitting this one to him, with a CC to the netdev list. (Yes, I know, I should fix up the MAINTAINERS entries to reflect this...)
