I did some tests with channel tuning; no difference either pids_off=1 or
pids_off=0
first switch to
Kabel 1 Schweiz:12051:v:0:27500:162:163:0:1:20003
then back to
RTL Television:12188:h:0:27500:163:104:105:0:12003
The decoding of video stops; syslog:

VDR tries several time to switch to that channel with no success. So
activating that same PID again does NOT solve the problem.
