Looks like you are still in the kernel tree (BTW, the lines before
"***[modules] error 1" are more important than what you quoted). Did you
copy the DVB source into the kernel tree? I don't think that will work.
You should also tell us which version of the DVB driver you are trying to
compile (current CVS? snapshot from x/x/x ???)

The 0.9 DVB driver doesn't work with 2.2 kernels.
