While the saa7146_core modification is redundant (only need one), the
DVB.c change is necessary, or it won't flip to NTSC at all.
Is it supposed to auto detect NTSC/PAL? Does the ~/.dvbrc somehow
specify NTSC or PAL?
The only place in VDR where it talks of NTSC or PAL is in determining
OSD menu placement.
