I think this script doesn't work in all cases.
Ex.:
The DVD "Braveheart" contains the vobs like:
VIDEO_TS/VTS_10_[1-8].VOB
you don't care about upper and lower case and the first number isn't 01
every time. So your script don't work at this time.
I've written a little script, which works fine for me. It can be found at:

Maybe you are someone else find it useful.
