Hi ! Sorry to be ignorant, but this mailing list seems to be the only place where you can get up to date with the current state that VDR & dvb for linux is in ( no "history" files on the appropriate websites that descibes the actual state in the cvs ). So i frankly ask, because i was away 3 weeks ... Is recording of a video + ac3 stream already working ??? ( and maybe playback as well, although its not THAT important ) And IF it is working, is there already a solution/script/way to produce a valid .mpg file from it with video and ac3 audio track, ready for playback by windoze soft such as powerdvd ??? And what kernel version/distribution would i need for it, i want to rebuild my linux partition anyways ... I hope you're not annoyed, but if you know a better way of getting the current state, please tell me so ( in 3 weeks there must have been 1000+ messages, impossible to reread them if you got a job & girl ). Thank you so much for any helpful answers ! Nils -- Info: To unsubscribe send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe linux-dvb" as subject.
